Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel an item or your entire order as long as the items have not yet been prepared for shipment or shipped. If you are unable to cancel and need to return the product, you can do so for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We provide free returns in this case. Simply email us for a return authorization number, and we will send you a free return label.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective product, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns for these situations as well. Please email us for a return authorization number, and we will provide you with a free return label. During holiday seasons, the return window is extended by an additional 5 days.

Changing Your Mind:
If you decide to return a product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. We also offer free returns in this case. Just email us for a return authorization number, and we will send you a free return label. The return window is extended by 5 days during holidays.

Exchanges:
You can exchange a product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Free returns apply here as well. Email us for a return authorization number, and we will provide you with a free return label. The holiday return window is also extended by 5 days.

Returning Items:
To return items, please email us for a return authorization number, and we will send you a free return label. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are properly packed. All returned products must be in new condition and include all necessary parts.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will issue the refund on the same day we receive your returned product. If the product does not need to be returned, the refund will be processed on the date specified in our email to you.
