During holidays the return window is extended (5 more days).

Returning items back to us

Email us for a return authorization number and a free return label will be provided to you by email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly. Returned items must be new condition and not missing necessary parts.



Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued the same day as we receive your returned product.  If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the same date as we specify to you by email.
