Shipping FAQ
As an eCommerce-only business, we do not offer local pickup options. Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped within 1 business day. Our standard delivery method includes tracking for your convenience. For more detailed delivery timeframes, please refer to our delivery estimates page.
It is essential that customers provide accurate shipping addresses during checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to resend the package.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email within 12 hours, which will include the carrier's name. You can also check this information by logging into the Order Status section of our website. To track your package, simply copy and paste the tracking number on the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately, as it can take some time for the system to update. Additionally, postal carriers may not always provide real-time tracking updates.
